Property was perfect and peaceful, we appreciated this place.
The room was large and had impressive views especially at sunset. There were a fridge and glassware too. All the personnel was outstandingly accommodating and pretty friendly.

An air conditioning and a coffee table in the room, marvellous location. Nice variety of fresh bread, eggs, and meats for breakfast.

Staff was fairly friendly and extremely friendly and hotel is immaculately clean and wonderful! The venue had a remote setting on the metro. What's more, it was just next door to the "casa-museo " of the most famous son of Medellin, up hill, and all restaurants and attractions.

The hotel was wonderful and ideal, and the staff were gentle, thoroughly enjoyed the fab location near to Poblado restaurants, cafés and bar zone and the airport. The breakfast was gorgeous, with a great selection of goodies.

Location: the hotel was just off other restaurants and shopping centers and the international airport. The property rooms were air-conditioned and spotless with an excellent view and amazing views, as example.

Loved the friendly and helpful staff, they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The on-site restaurant had delicious food and wine. The hotel's location in a gated community provided a safe and peaceful atmosphere. We also enjoyed the fact that taxis were easily accessible and the hotel staff was eager to assist with transportation.
The hotel lacked a pool area and sun loungers, which would have been nice to have for relaxation. The breakfast became repetitive after a few days.

The hotel is wonderful with great pool and favourable location by taxi close to the "going out center ". The rooms are exceptionally clean here with good views, fresh juices. The staff are exceptionally pleasant, and the atmosphere is quiet. All in all they offer excellent service. Thank you for a such wonderful stay.
